Do you give free quotes?
Yes, and there is never any obligation. Texting photos of the pile gets you the most accurate number. You can also call and describe the items, or for larger clear-outs we will come by in person and quote it for free.
Is same day service available?
Very often. We work seven days a week and hold room in the schedule for same day pickups, so calling or texting early in the day gives you the best chance.
What is included in the price?
The service call, labour, time, transportation and all disposal fees. Nothing gets added on afterwards, and the price you are quoted is the price you pay.
Do I have to move everything to the curb?
No. We take items from wherever they are, whether that is a basement, a third-floor bedroom, a back garden or a storage locker, and we sweep the space before we leave.
How do I pay, and when?
Cash, e-transfer, debit or credit card, paid once the truck is loaded and you are happy with the job. Nothing up front.
What happens to my stuff?
Anything still usable is donated to local charities, and metal, electronics, cardboard and clean wood are sorted out for recycling. Only what is genuinely waste goes to the transfer station.
Do you charge extra for stairs or long carries?
No surprise fees. If a job involves a lot of stairs or a long walk to the truck, that is factored into the quote up front so the number never moves on the day.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured for work in your home or business.
Can you come if I am not home?
Yes, as long as the items are accessible and we have agreed the price beforehand. Plenty of curbside and garage pickups get done while people are at work.
Do you take single items?
Absolutely. A single couch or mattress is a completely normal booking and priced as its own job rather than a minimum load.
How much notice do you need for a big clear-out?
A day or two is ideal for a full property so we can allow enough time and, if needed, more than one run. Short notice is still worth asking about.
What areas do you cover?
All of Calgary — NW, NE, SW and SE — plus Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, Langdon, Okotoks, De Winton, Bragg Creek and Strathmore. If you are further out, ask anyway.
